We are pleased to start 2019 with the launch of our beautiful bedrooms

Cuckoo Wood, Holbeam & Kite Hill – all named after local woodlands.

The Plough Inn’s Kent barn has three unique bedrooms and is tucked in the corner of the back garden of the pub. All three rooms are individual decorated with a true country theme with views over the countryside out to the Kent coast – take a look and choose your favourite!

The three luxury bedroom suites are very spacious and comfortably furnished with sumptuous, six-foot wide, king-size beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a large, double-ended bath tub and a spacious walk in shower. A selection of Baylis and Harding toiletries, warm bath towels and a hairdryer.

All the bed rooms are on the ground floor with easy accessibility across the garden to the restaurant. All rooms are split-level, with stairs leading to the sitting room area and all rooms are suitable for a family’s. It can be set up with a king-size double, with a double sofa bed, or the king bed can be split into two singles. We have a travel cot and Z-bed available for babies and toddlers.

In-room facilities include a multi-channel, flat-screen TV’s connected to the internet. Hot beverages and fresh milk are provided. A selection of DVDs, books and games, are available for guests’ use during their stay.


The Plough Inn, Stalisfield boast amazing views over the Kent countryside so why not take a short break with us in your ‘home’ from home! We are a certified site for Camping & Caravan Members and can take up to 5 ‘homes’ at any one time. We offer the basics which include water, waste and electric hook up but it means we only hit a niche market keeping the site as quiet and tranquil as the surroundings it’s set in. At just £12 per night including the hook up its’ far cheaper than taxi home and means you can enjoy good food & drink without the nominated driver missing out on the fun! Don’t have a mobile home? then why not pitch a tent proper ‘country style’ and enjoy a night of sleeping under the stars.
